1. Which form should I use?
If a student will be attending College Fair with their parent/guardian, they should register via the link on hbcuweek.org.
2. Can I provide a general recommendation for all students who do not meet the cumulative GPA requirement?
3. Are there exceptions to the dress code requirement if a student is dressed nicely?
NO. Our dress code requires a collared shirt. No hats, hoodies or sweatshirts are allowed. Students who do not meet the dress code requirements WILL NOT be admitted.
4. What if a student signs up through their school, but decides to later attend with a parent?
Students who are registered by their school should arrive with their school. If a parent wants to meet them at the College Fair, they should reach out to us at info@hbcuweek.org to register. If a student no longer wishes to arrive with their school, they should complete the General Registration form and the school should notify us to remove the student from their attendance list.
5. What if I have students who are interested in attending after I submit the registration form?
Please complete and submit another registration form and provide the information of the additional students. Students who arrive with a school or organization and but are not on the schools list of attendees WILL NOT be admitted.
